Summit Home Services LLC provides HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related home services in the Washington DC, Maryland & Northern Virginia. Availability is subject to scheduling, geographic service area, and technician availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
3. Pricing & Payment
We provide flat-rate pricing for most services. Final pricing is confirmed before any work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service unless alternate arrangements are made in writing. We accept major credit cards, check, and other payment methods as posted.
4. SMS Messaging Terms
If you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from Summit Home Services LLC, you consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages related to service appointments, reminders, and follow-up communications. 5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule appointments at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a trip charge as posted at time of booking.
6. Warranty & Guarantee
Summit Home Services LLC warrants its workmanship for 1 year from the date of service. Parts warranties are subject to manufacturer terms. Our satisfaction guarantee means we will return to address any covered issue at no additional charge within the warranty period.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit Home Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law
